1. Submit a concern<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n\n

Complaints must be recorded and sent to the College.\u00a0<\/strong>This can be in writing, or an audio or video recording. Complaints can also be submitted through the College\u2019s\u00a0online complaint form<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Confirmation<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n\n

Staff from the College will call the person who made the complaint<\/strong> to discuss the details of the complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

College staff are neutral. <\/strong>They will listen and be in contact with both sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The occupational therapist will get a copy of the complaint. Any information about the complaint will be shared with the occupational therapist.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

3. Investigation<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n\n

All complaints are investigated.<\/strong> The College\u2019s Investigations team or an external investigator will collect any relevant documents and speak to any relevant witnesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the investigation is complete, all the collected information is sent to the occupational therapist so they can respond.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

4. Decisions<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n\n

The College\u2019s complaints committee will review all the information and make a decision<\/strong>. The person who made the complaint and the occupational therapist do not attend these meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
