Can I practice psychotherapy?&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Answer<\/strong>: The&nbsp;<em><\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.coto.org\/standards-and-resources\/resources\/standard-for-psychotherapy-2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Standard for Psychotherapy, 2023 (coto.org)<\/a>&nbsp;states that an occupational therapist must hold a general certificate of registration to practice psychotherapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>General registration (a general certificate) is issued by COTO to applicants who meet all the registration requirements.
