Applying for Registration in Another Province<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n\n

If you are applying for registration as an occupational therapist (OT) in another province and would like to apply under the labour mobility provisions, please complete the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Print the Labour Mobility Support Agreement (LMSA) Form from the website of the organization where you are applying.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Complete COTO\u2019s Request for a Letter of Professional Standing Form<\/a> along with the LMSA form. We do not complete regulatory history forms. This form will be completed instead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Fill in the “Authorization for Release of Information” portions of both forms and email completed forms to registration@coto.org<\/a>. The registration team will send you a link to pay the LMSA fee (processing fee of $45.20 ($40 + HST).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Processing will not begin until payment has been received. Please allow at least one week for processing.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Request for Letter of Professional Standing<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n\n

    \n\n

    The College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario does not complete forms provided by other organizations. If you require a letter confirming your professional standing with the College be sent to another organization, please complete the College\u2019s Request for a Letter of Professional Standing Form<\/strong><\/a> and submit the request form to our registration team. There is no fee for this service. Please allow at least one week for processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
