{"id":2606,"date":"2024-12-12T12:21:06","date_gmt":"2024-12-12T17:21:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/live-coto.pantheonsite.io\/?page_id=2606"},"modified":"2026-02-10T18:19:52","modified_gmt":"2026-02-10T23:19:52","slug":"mandatory-reports","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.coto.org\/registrants\/mandatory-reports\/","title":{"rendered":"Mandatory Reports"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In a number of situations, occupational therapists, their employers or managers, facility operators, other regulated health care professionals, and their business partners or associates, have a legal obligation to make a&nbsp;<strong>mandatory report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These reports are made to the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario or, as appropriate, to the College of another regulated health care professional.
