We\u2019d like to share some important information and reminders ahead of our closure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applications will not be processed and phone\/email messages will not be checked between December 24 and January 2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If you want to start working as an occupational therapist in Ontario on or before January 2, 2025<\/strong>, we ask that you submit all outstanding documents by end of day on\u00a0December 16, 2024.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Documents received after this date will be processed but may be delayed due to the holiday closure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>To see what is outstanding for your application,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/otportal.coto.org\/Checklist\/\">click here\u00a0to login and view your application checklist<\/a><\/strong>. Once all documents have been received and approved, you will receive an email from the College with a link to pay the registration fee needed to complete your registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be issued a registration number from the College prior to beginning work as an occupational therapist in Ontario; this includes orientation, job shadowing and training at the workplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
