In a number of situations, occupational therapists, their employers, facility operators, and other regulated health care providers have a legal obligation to make a mandatory report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mandatory reports are not optional.\u00a0<\/strong>Mandatory reports must be made in writing, by email, surface mail or fax, or by completing our online form<\/a>, within 30 days of the circumstance requiring the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Learn more about what circumstances require a mandatory report<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There may also be times where you become aware that an occupational therapist may not be practising safely or behaving professionally.
