Log in to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/otportal.coto.org\/SignIn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">COTO Portal<\/a>&nbsp;to get started.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Annual Learning Plan is a two-step annual requirement to be completed by October 31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Complete&nbsp;in two steps:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Self-Assessment and Goal Setting (January)<\/strong>\u00a0<br>At the beginning of the year, complete a self-assessment and set two goals.\u00a0Save your plan.
