You have the right to receive safe, ethical, quality care from an occupational therapist (OT). If that doesn\u2019t happen, you have another right \u2013 to complain to the College.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Complaints are addressed by the complaints committee that is officially known as the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyone can make a complaint. That includes patients, clients, their family members, caregivers, colleagues of an occupational therapist, an employer and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
